VANCOUVER WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT

The first program for the 2016-2017 year will be a look at the Vancouver Waterfront Development Project, presented by the project manager, Teresa Brum.  Vancouver’s Waterfront development project will reconnect 35 acres along the Columbia River to the city’s historic core. The Waterfront is envisioned as a destination where urban vitality, livability and natural beauty come together on the Columbia River and ultimately transform downtown Vancouver.

An economic development expert with more than 20 years of experience, Teresa Brum joined Vancouver’s Community and Economic Development Department on Jan. 27, 2016.  She has a Master of Arts degree in urban planning and public administration.
